Cancellation Policy

Please reschedule your Estimation Appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. You must cancel within 24 hours of your initial appointment in order to be refunded. Our Client Policy expectations are given at every appointment. All other cleaning services provided are non-refundable and must be cancelled within 48 hours. If you fail to cancel within 48 hours you will be charged 50% of your invoice.
